1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons of chilled butter; cubed
1 egg, beated with 2 tablespoons of water
Combine flour, parm, salt in food processor. Add butter and pulse until it resembles corse cornmeal. add beaten egg in drizzle until it forms a small ball; wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Roll and press into tart shells
